REFUND POLICY

The Blink Lash Club Inc. offers handsome refund policy to its customers because customer’s satisfaction is our priority. Customers can choose either to avail the experience from one of our offered excellent services or request to change their appointment before 24 hours for already selected service. We also offer an attractive refund policy to our customers. We deal very carefully & sensibly to all our customers. We have a number of best professionals and experts to provide most excellent services. If any customer book or reserve an appointment to avail its desired service at Blink Lash Club Inc., but want to cancel reserved or booked appointment then our customer will experience our acceptable refund policies.

We have good news for our customers regarding the refund policy. If a customer cancels an appointment before 24 hours of its appointment time for selected service then the customer will be able to receive its full payment deposited at Blink Lash Club Inc.

If any customer reserved an appointment at Blink Lash Club Inc., but need to cancel the appointment for some reasons. We will not reject customer’s request and we will refund half of its entire payment if customer’s requested for cancelation of the appointment within 24 hours.

But, if the customer found unable to attend the booked or reserved appointment for a service at Blink Lash Club Inc. for any reason then the customer will not be able to get back its entire payment.

If Customer unable to found their refill package for any reason and after expiration date, they will not be able to get back refund payment.

We have the right to change these refund policies at any time without issuing any prior notice.

Shipping and Returns

We appreciate your business. Blink Lash Club offers a warranty on all the products and all orders ship from the headquarters of Blink lash club in the US.

Currency

As we do ship internationally so we welcome all international customers. However, all the prices on our site are in US$ as we are a US based company.

Shipping Conditions

US Customers offer free shipping on purchase of $48 or over with Blink Lash Club but at checkout please select “Free shipping”.

International Customers offer free shipping on purchase of $98 or over with Blink Lash Club but at checkout please select “Free shipping”.

Shipping Policy

Please make sure that you have a secure and correct address listed during checkout. We are not responsible for any stolen orders or incorrect shipping address. The order will be considered as delivered once it is confirmed “Delivered” by any courier. Please know that it is not the responsibility of Blink lash club if your order is stolen or unclaimed by you. You can select the signature guarantee during the checkout process if you need one. Thank you.

Import Duties and Taxes on International Customers

Import duties and other custom related taxes are not included in the product or shipping. For these charges you as a buyer are responsible, Blink lash club is not responsible for this. For further information please contact your country’s relevant authorities.

USPS Postal Service

We ship all our products via USPS unless FedEx priority overnight. United States postal service Express and FedEx will ship same day if the purchase is completed by 12 PM PST except of Sunday. For next business day all orders ship via USPS first class economy and USPS priority shipping methods.

Domestic Shipping Policy

The domestic shipping policy is as follows

  • Economy (First class) will take 4-5 business days
  • Priority will take 2-3 days
  • Express will take 1-2 days

Note: Express purchase must be completed Monday through Friday)

Signature Guarantee for US Orders only

Please add a signature guarantee to increase security as it ensures that the delivery person must take the signature before delivery can be completed. The delivery can be rescheduled if no one is available for signature.

Shipping Policy for International Users

The shipping policies for international users are as follows

First class international- Time varies with the destination (if you are in a hurry please don’t choose this method)

  • First-ClassInternational take 3-4 Weeks
  • Priority International will take 6-10 business days
  • International Express  will take 3-5 business days

Note: for International Express purchase must be completed Monday through Friday). We will email you tracking numbers after item shipped. Please wait for 2 business days for tracking to show up as international tracking information doesn’t show up immediately after an order is shipped.

Blink Lash Club Exchange Policy

Blink lash club is committed to your satisfaction so we offer an exchange or return policy for our valued customers. Buyer can exchange or return unopened items & we will exchange or refund your full amount. Opened or Damaged items will not exchange or refund.

Please take care to follow the instructions

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive any damaged, defective or have been delivered short of the quantities you ordered. Within 15 days of Delivery products for exchange must be returned to Blink lash club.

Products Order in Error

If you change your mind or you ordered the wrong product, No problem. You can return or replace the products ordered in error within 15 days of delivery. The products must be Unused / Unopened & No Damage.

Opened Items

Once you open the item, Blink Lash Club will not accept return or exchange.

Shipping Costs for Returns

We are not responsible for any shipping and handling costs of returning products to us. Blink Lash Club will test all returned items and if any item found not to be damaged or opened you will credit full amount except of delivery charges you paid during order. We are not responsible for any products returned that are lost in transit. Please use return shipping method can be tracked. If you didn’t follow the above-mentioned procedure we reserve the rights not to process your query.

How long it will take to receive a credit for returned items?

Once the product is received, the return will be processed within 3-5 days except of Saturday & Sunday. Once the refund is processed please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
